This meeting seeks to dialogue about the agency and resistance of perceptions, processes, methodologies, and cosmovisions that objectively symbolize the subversions to European colonialism that structured the current economic and cultural policies, based on violence and inequality experienced by the world.

Marianna Boghosian Al Assal  She holds undergraduate, master’s and doctoral degrees from the School of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of São Paulo. She is a professor at Escola da Cidade, where she is also part of the Board of Directors, as Director of the Scientific Council.

Gloria Cabral Paraguayan architect, who was a full partner in the architectural firm Gabinete de Arquitectura for 17 years. She studied architecture at the National University of Asunción. She currently resides and develops her professional activity in Brazil. Since 2004 she has been a member of Gabinete, which she currently directs together with Solano Benítez and Solanito Benítez. In 2016, together with his partners, he was awarded the Golden Lion at the Venice Architecture Biennale for Best Participation in the International Exhibition. In 2018 he was awarded the Moira Gemmill Prize, a prize given by The Architectural Review and The Architects’ Journal. He obtained the Global Award for Sustainable Architecture 2021, organized by the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine (France).

 

Vivi Pozzoli Born in Asunción, Paraguay on February 23, 1990. Architect by the Catholic University. Nossa Senhora da Assunção (2016). Founded the Equipo de Arquitetura (2017). Assistant professor for the 1st semester of the Workshop and Faculty of Architecture, Design and Art at the National University of Asuncion. Active member of the Aqua Alta Collective.
