The São Paulo International Architecture Biennale (BIAsp) is one of the leading events in architecture and urbanism in Brazil and one of the most relevant on the international stage. Organized by the São Paulo Department (IABsp) of the Institute of Architects of Brazil (IAB), the Biennale has been, since its first edition in 1973, a fundamental space for reflection, experimentation, and debate on the contemporary challenges of architecture, urbanism, and life in cities.

The BIAsp promotes exhibitions, lectures, workshops, urban interventions, and cultural activities that explore themes such as sustainability, social inclusion, cultural heritage, the right to the city, and new architectural practices.
